PRELIMINARY CONTACT

 

Upon receiving an expression of interest from the client, we contact the client to determine their personnel requirements, if required, position specifications are collected from the client through either a questionnaire or alternate forms of correspondence e.g. Fax, Letter, E-mail etc.

 

PROPOSAL CUM AGREEMENT

 

Based on the position specifications, we search out databank for suitable candidates. If we are in a position to serve the client’s requirements, we prepare a detailed proposal cum agreement, which is signed by both the parties enabling us to commence the assignment.

 

INTERVIEWING AND SHORTLISTING OF SUITABLE CANDIDATES

 

Suitable candidates are interviewed by our qualified and experienced consultants afterensuring they match the Basic position requirements. We also verify the candidates’ qualification and experience with the relevant original documents presented by him/her. We now provide the client with a shortlist of candidates along with:

 

FOLLOW UP & VERIFICATION

 

Upon selection of a candidate by the client, we follow up with the client as well as the candidate regarding the joining date and other formalities. We also verify the work experience and addresses submitted by the candidate and obtain feedback from the references mentioned by him/her in his/her application form to the extent possible.
